Return Policy
Effective 10/1/09

We charge restocking fee to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. Items returned up to 14 days are subject to 20% restocking fee. Items returned between 15-30 days are subject to 35% restocking fee., less shipping. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery date. There are absolutely NO RETURN ACCEPTED ON ORDERS OVER 30 DAYS OLD. You must pay for shipping back to us for returns. Parts must be returned with original unopened packaging in resalable condition (SEE ADDITIONAL RETURNS POLICY BELOW). All return shipping charges have to be paid by customer and no shipping or handling charges credit allowed. Original Shipping charges are not refundable.

Your product must be returned with an MAR (Material Return Authorization) number so we can identify it. You can obtain an MAR number by requesting one by email slider@justslidingdoorparts.com. All return shipping charges have to be paid by customer and no shipping, handling or low order fee charges credit allowed. Original Shipping charges are not refundable.

We must receive returns within 7 days of our issue of a MAR return request (Amended 03/08/2013) We advise to ship your items with delivery confirmation. Please note that we are not responsible for your return shipping charges. Please ship the merchandise to:

Once we receive your return back from you please allow 3 - 5 Business Days to review and approve your return credit back to your Credit Card.

Due to the close tolerances and measurements of these parts it is your responsibility to make sure the parts you order are the correct parts you need.

Additional Returns Policy

Custom made Items, Cut materials, Altered therefore not a stock item, large volume orders, special priced items, Special quoted items, special order items are considered a "FINAL SALE" and these items cannot be returned or canceled once this order/quote has been Processed.


No returns are accepted for the custom made orders or product which shelf’s life has expired. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return.

Product Inspection Criteria:

Products that are labeled with a security seal must have the seal intact and not tampered with. Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely.

Products must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with.

Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.

Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice (Handyman Services Network maintains serial number tracking).

Pre-Cut Packaged Showcase Track Assemblies are cut from 12' Stock lengths. Once we ship your 3', 4', 5', 6' or 8' Pre-Cut Track Assembly We DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNES ON THESE ITEMS.
Any Item That Is Noted "SPECIAL ORDER" In Out Special Order Category or On That Particular Product Page, We Do Not Accept Returns On These Items


 

Additional Shipping Policy
Effective 02/21/2013

Due once again to Gas Prices being out of control our site uses U.P.S. to estimate shipping charges. Different prices of gas from East Coast and West Coast has appeared to give sometimes higher than normal shipping charges for small orders. If you order a single or few small parts from our site and your shipping cost says between $15 and $20 we will go back and credit back to you the difference in what you were charged and what actual costs were once item or items have shipped. We now try to use Fedex Ground for orders shipped from Atlanta area when possible. Item shipping prices are calculated as Shipping From Atlanta GA. If you are not in the South East we most likely will ship your items from the closest warehouse located to you. We have 14 warehouses located throughout the US and always try to ship from the closest location to you with the items in stock, your ordering. Some small items we will now try to ship U.S.P.S Priority Mail when possible for even better shipping prices. We can't offer YOU a choice of shipping at check out because until we work your order we wont actually know the location and how we are going to ship to you.

Shipping Policy

We use FedEx when we ship from our Dallas Location and UPS Ground for shipping from on of the 14 service centers located around the lower 48 states. Unless you need it faster. Then we can quote you faster shipping.

We ship from the closest regional warehouse to you based on product availability. We can ship west coast or east coast, north east or north west and middle states on most items.

We usually ship next or same day after you order. (Except Special Order Items)

Low Order Fee: Orders under $20.00 Pay $5.00 Handling Fee.

 Product images shown are of the actual product or a close representation. Colors can vary depending on your computer's video card and on how your monitor's color is adjusted.

We are in the Sliding Glass Door parts business and not trying to make money from shipping charges. We will ship your parts the best and cheapest way possible.

If an Item is out of stock we will also notify you and give you the choice to back order or cancel the order. 

Important Shipping Note:

Over 8 Foot Items Can not be ship by UPS - Common Carrier Only. Call for shipping quote (678)464-8098. Generally cost between $140-$160 for freight. However if you are trying to get a 10' door rolling smooth and don't want to spend the $2000+ to replace it this item with shipping less than $200 is a deal. If you purchase this item once you location and shipping warehouse is determined your final charges will reflect the ACTUAL cost for shipping and a reduction or addition to your final price will be calculated and charged to you.
